Welcome to DSRXLHS LTD. By booking our photography and videography services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). These terms are designed to protect both you and us and ensure a smooth and professional working relationship.

1. Our Services

DSRXLHS LTD provides photography and videography services for:

Events (e.g., weddings, parties, corporate)

Social media content

Commercial and promotional use

Podcast-style and skit productions

Personal creative projects

Each project scope will be clearly defined in a proposal or booking confirmation.

2. Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event or shoot.

For bookings made less than 7 days in advance, full payment is required upfront.

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal, and other digital methods (details provided upon booking).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client:

More than 14 days before the event: only the deposit is retained.

Less than 14 days: the full amount is payable.

Rescheduling:

Must be requested in writing.

Subject to availability.

If we are unavailable on the new date, the cancellation policy applies.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide clear briefings, accurate timings, and access to necessary venues.

Obtain permission for filming in all locations (e.g., event spaces, private property).

Ensure attendees are aware of video/photo presence, especially where consent is relevant.

5. Delivery of Content

Final edited content will be delivered within 2–4 weeks from the shoot date.

Rush delivery may be available upon request and subject to additional charges.

Files will be delivered via a secure download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).

Raw files are not included unless agreed in writing and may incur additional fees.

6. Travel & Accommodation

Shoots beyond a 25-mile radius from our base may incur travel charges (standard mileage or transport costs).

For overnight shoots or multi-day events, accommodation expenses may be invoiced separately and agreed upon prior to booking confirmation.

7. Overtime

Coverage exceeding the agreed time is billed at an hourly overtime rate of £[Insert Rate] per hour.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.

8. File Storage & Retention

Final edited content will be available for download for up to 30 days after delivery.

We store backup copies for up to 6 months, but long-term archiving is not guaranteed unless a retention agreement is signed.

9. Drone/Aerial Footage (if applicable)

All drone operations comply with UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations.

Aerial footage is subject to weather conditions, local restrictions, and required flight permissions.

If drone work is canceled due to external factors, we will refund the aerial portion only.

10. NDA & Client Confidentiality (If Requested)

All projects are treated confidentially.

If required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before production begins.

We will not share, post, or use client footage in promotional materials if an NDA is in place or if a written agreement prohibits it.

11. Copyright & Usage

DSRXLHS LTD retains full copyright of all original content produced.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final edited content for agreed purposes.

We reserve the right to use content in our portfolio, website, and promotional material unless restricted by written agreement or NDA.

12. Liability

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, equipment failure, illness, or venue restrictions.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Accidents or illness

Government restrictions or pandemics

Civil disturbances or acts of war

14. Complaints & Revisions

Any concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the final content.

We offer 1 round of reasonable revisions free of charge. Additional revisions may be chargeable depending on the scope.

15. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Agreement Acceptance

By booking our services and/or making a payment, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
